Diagnosis, Adaptation, and Goal Process
What does personal training involve and how does it work?
First, we assess the physical condition and determine the starting point. We have various assessment tests to create a profile and use these parameters later on to track progress.
2. Adaptation Phase
During the adaptation phase, we prepare you to establish a solid foundation and create optimal stimuli to reach your goals. This is a controlled phase where the trainer guides, corrects, and challenges you to step out of your comfort zone.
3. Optimization or Goal Achievement Phase
In this phase, the training becomes more intense and dynamic. We optimize coordination, strength, speed, and stability.
4. Return to play
This phase is for athletes who have recovered from an injury and want to return to their sport. Before doing so, specific reintegration exercises are performed to minimize setbacks and build confidence.
f you’re used to training with a partner or want to work with a friend who has similar goals, we also offer duo training.
